One-on-One Training

If you want guaranteed results based on a personal and specific-to-you program then One-On-One personal training is for you! Each week you will receive 2-4 workouts with your personal trainer customized to fit your goals and level of motivation. Each workout is based on your needs for the current day allowing for frequent modifications for those who are currently active or for those looking to completely transform their body. Not only does One-On-One personal training give you the most flexibility for scheduling but it also allows your trainer to coach you on proper exercise form, compliance to your overall program, nutrition questions, and overall improvement towards your goal. Consider One-On-One training if you are new to exercise, have injury concerns, are highly fit, enjoy or feel a benefit from a high level of attention, and/or want the greatest advantages possible.

Scheduling is done on an individual basis

Semi-Private Training

If you enjoy working out with others but not an entire class full of people then semi-private training is for you! Each week you and up to two other clients will receive 2-4 workouts with a personal trainer customized to fit your goals and level of motivation. Semi-private training allows your trainer to ensure proper exercise form and compliance to your overall program. Some injury accommodation can be made while still delivering workouts that will allow you to reach your goal achievement. Consider Semi-Private training if you are coming back to exercise, are renewing your commitment to a goal, need a comprehensive plan, and/or do not mind split attention from your trainer.

Scheduling is done by predefined time slots. Predefined time slots are available from 6:30am-8:30pm depending on the day.

Max Metabolism Boot Camp

This is like no other boot camp you have seen! In the Max Metabolism Boot Camp you will enjoy two heart pumping workouts each week with up to 18 of your newest exercise friends. We turn your body into a fat burning machine by using only your own body weight and exercise bands to create resistance. Included in the Max Metabolism Boot Camp are the Max Metabolism Nutrition Guide (including a 6 week meal plan) and the Max Metabolism Cardio Guide (including 10 workouts you can start tomorrow) so you are armed with all the knowledge and specific steps to achieve rapid results. Consider the Max Metabolism Boot Camp if you enjoy working out with others, like professionally designed workouts lead by certified personal trainers, and/or need a jump start to your fitness and weight-loss goals.

Scheduling is at set class times only. We offer classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00am and 5:30pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00am, 10:00am, and 6:00pm, and Fridays at 6:00am.
